Unlimited Hosts, Travellers & Listings
It is designed to scale and manage a growing business of a rental listing portal. There is no limit to the amount of hosts, travellers & listings that can be managed by the homestay script.
Custom Categories & Fields
Apart from the pre-loaded descriptive fields, the script owner can add multiple custom fields that the hosts of listings can choose to fill to better promote their listing. These fields are then displayed to visitors and travelers. Better information increases chance of sale.
Multiple Revenue Options
Every transaction comes with a commission that is defined by the script owner as a percentage of the sale. Commissions are derived from both parties, host and the traveler. Increased commissions can be collected from 'Superhost' hosts.
Superhost the popular clients
Popular clients can either be manually moved to a 'Superhost' status. Superhosted clients are listed at the top of their relevant results and are highly visible to the visitors. Their listings can carry a custom amount of commission defined by the script owner.
Multiple Payment Options
Popular payment options are readily available inluding bank payment options. Ease of business transaction is a key part of the business. To improve it further, a bank payment option is also available.
Booking Requests Option
If a host wishes to manually approve every booking made by a traveler, he/she can request the traveler to make a booking request. The host has to approve the request to confirm the booking. This is a useful feature if the host is listing a property in multiple domains. If this option is turned off, bookings are instantly confirmed without any verification from the host.
Simplified Refund Management
Refunds are made easy and the script owner can manage all refunds that are requested by the host or traveler. Crediting rather than refunding is also available.
Credit Balance Available
Refunds can also be converted into credit available to the user. This credit can be used at a later time to book a rental space and the right amount will be deducted from your credit balance.
Listing Address Verification
If you, the script owner, choose to verify listings, you can enable address verification and a verification code will be generated that can be entered by the host to verify it. The verification code is manually mailed to the host. The template is readily available to the script owner.This feature can be turned off, made optional or you can strictly demand every address to be verified.
Promotional Codes
Offer visitors and travelers discounts and promote your rental portal website. Codes are generated by the script owner.
Internal Messaging Service
Hosts, travelers and business owner can communicate easily with the messaging service that is available to them. Improved communication leads to a better customer service.
Advanced Search Available
Travelers can filter and narrow down search to show results that are relevant to them. Multiple filter options are avialable.
High Quality Images
Great Images can impress a potential traveler and it offers a betterr visualisation of what the host is offering. Upload high quality images and crop them to suit the website. Homepage images that include tile and slide images can be edited by the business owner. Impress your visitors with alluring images.
Traffic Analytic Codes
Track the traffic to your rental portal script with analytic softwares. Third party analytic softwares like Google Analytics can be used with analytic codes. traffic information can offer you data for a thorough business analysis.
Multiple Currencies & Country Detection
Your homestay script can support multiple currencies with live conversion rates. The rental portal can automatically detect the country of the visitor and display prices in their native currency. Please note that transactions are done only by the currency that the business owner chose.
Multiple Language Support
One can customize the entire public side of the script or the rental portal website to the language of his choice. Currently we do not support languages like arabic that are written from right to left of the page.
Wish Lists
Users can select listings that interest them to be added to their wish list. This list is available to them to get back to the listing that they have saved.
Abuse/Fraud Management
If a user is committing fraud or abuse to harm your business, you can warn or ban them indefinitely from your rental portal. Users can also report any user and this is brought to your attention.
Host Rejection Policy
Hosts of the listings can choose to reject travelers for various reasons but excessive rejections can harm the credibility of rental listing website. The script owner can set limits on the rejections and a warning can be issued if the host exceed the limit or the host can be banned at the discretion of the business owner.
Social Media Links
Promote your business with social media links that are shown at the footer of every page. These links lead back to the respective pages.
Traveler Cancellation Policy
To absorb business costs, script owner can request travelers that are cancelling reservations to commit to cancellation fees. Multiple conditions can be set at different rates for a fairer business process.
Email verification
Registered emails of users are verified to prevent duplicate accounts. Script takes multiple steps to avoid misuse and fraud and this is one such measure.
Use of the Popular Google API
We take advantage of the popular third party Google API that brings amazing, high standard of precision search and mapping features to the script. Google API key is not provided with the script. Please check with the provider for current policies as they may change without prior notice. We have optimized the API to the best possible level to reduce the number of calls and thus the running cost of the script.
Add a Blog Link
Blogs are a great way to promote interest in business. Attach a link to the footer of the page from the admin settings to display this link on every page. Please note that script doesn't support blogging at the moment. The link may be used to lead to third party scripts.

Minimum Requirements:

- MySQL 5.0+
- 20 GB hosting server space.
- 2 GB RAM or more.
- ionCube loaders and other standard packages installed in the server (this can be configured with WHM if it is already not installed).
- WHM/Cpanel/Plesk control panel
- This script also requires you to configure Google API in the admin area of the script. You will also have to configure SMTP server details for sending emails to ensure better inbox delivery.
