Inout Site Search is a professional search solution for your websites to search your own websites content. It is based on PHP, Jquery, JSONP and MySQL. Its integrated crawler program helps to fetch the pages of your websites and rank the keywords easily and fast. The basic purpose of this software is to allow you to insert a search box in your website, using which your visitors can search any content of your own websites(even multiple websites). It works similar to Google Site Search, but it allows you to have complete control on the results and result page formatting, as it is entirely your own.
Integrate in any web pages:Inout Site Search Allows you to integrate the search box/results in any web page. You may generate a search box/results HTML code from the admin area, which you can put in any web page where you want to show the search box and the results.
No coding Required: You need not write a single line of code to show the search box and to fetch the results. Search box/result plug in code handles it automatically.
Customizable Look and Feel:Inout Site Search allows you to manage the look and feel of the search results easily, allowing you to modify the CSS Styles of the results directly from the admin area.
Domain Sets:Inout Site Search allows you to define a domain set in your admin area. Each page the crawler crawls, will be verified against the domain sets, and if its finds a match, it will tag the page to the corresponding domain set. You may later filter/retrieve your results based on a domain set. It will help you to create a service(with a group of websites) specific search channel.
Bad words filter:It allows you to specify a set of keywords from your admin area. These keywords will be stripped out from the public searches.
API Keys:API keys protect your site search data from unauthorized access. You can create a up to 10 API keys from your admin area. You may also view the statistics based on API keys which helps you to track the search history and performance from each API key.
Result Cache:In order to reduce the API calls and to speed up the search query, Inout Site Search caches the results into database to a specific period of time. Administrator can specify the caching period.
Cache Period:Although the result cache feature helps to get faster results, we cannot always fetch results from cache, considering the chance to get the results outdated. Considering this, cache period is set to be configurable based on administrator preferences. It will make sure that the results delivered to the clients are updated frequently as the time interval expires.
Advanced Crawler Controls: The advanced crawler control helps you to get desired result quality with limited resources. It gives you a complete control on domains and the crawling process will be based on some predefined configuration settings.
Global Domain Depth Control: Inout Site Search helps you to control the crawling process specifying the domain page depth limit. You can specify the settings globally for all domains. It will help you to make sure that the spider resources are utilized the way you want it to be.
View queued and Crawled pages: Inout Site Search lets you to identify crawled/queued pages for all domains. It will help you to have more specific control on the domains and to acquire the desired result quality.
Keyword Identification/Retrieval: Inout Site Search identifies the meta tags and related keywords of each page while crawling. Upon a user query, these top keywords can be retrieved along with each result. It helps you to find out keyword tags, related keywords etc.
Search Logs: Inout Site Search tracks each and every search query request it receive, with all parameters related to the query. It also tracks the API key associated with each query. It helps you to track all the statistical details related to the search queries.
Statistics: This helps you to know your entire Scripts status. It will help you to get the details of domains, pages, crawling and searches.
Open Source Code: All files except a few library files and controllers (Which you never need to modify) are open source and you may do code level customization even in the admin area.
Free Copyright Removal: You are free to remove the copyright notice in the page footer in the public pages of the script. You may remove the powered by link also if you do not want to join our affiliate program. You may do it just by modifying a simple HTML file.
