Comments do not appear.
Questions do not appear.

When the User will enter the question categories do not accept accents in the words in the textarea

Hello Edivaldo,

Please make sure that you have translated the messages in the message.inc.php file in the root folder.

I tried a test question and the success page is not showing the message. The message no. is 1029. I think you missed to enter the correct message in it.

If you give the list of all errors, we will check it and give you guidelines to solve it.

Eu estou personalizando o código, já modifiquei a codificação do Banco de dados de: UTF8 para Latin1 e funcionou corretamente.
Vou fazer as modificações por aqui e quando tiver dificuldade entro em contato com vocês.

Depois eu vou comprar o Inout Article Base para outro site
