I bought the Inout Mailing List Manager Ultimate but nobody could make it worked.

I requested my refund but nobody listened here.

So I want my refund now or this software will circulate in all black hat forums and you will loose a product forever

We have checked our paypal. And found that your transaction removed. But now it is in 'DISPUTE' activity. The refund may happend within 3 months. This is not an our issue.

I think that I have provided installation on 6/12/11 and had sent installation report. And after that we havent found any issue related your querries.
