Full website is displayed instead of ads!/ 50% time, ad iFrame is showing ad network homepage

I just released my Pay Per Click website last day: AdIndigo.com

I was hoping a professional care from your end but I'm so sad to find bugs with the script.

Most of the time, adnetwork homepage is displayed instead of ads. Please see the attachment.

I hope you'll find the fix as soon as possible.
