I have installed Ultimate Mail, but it's not working.
2 Items:

In the instructions it says to change the url for $server_dir in the config.inc.php file, but no such line is in the file.

When I go to my website and try to login through index.php, as instructed in step 10 I get the following error message:
Could not connect: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2)

HI Williams,

This is because the database settings that you have configured in the config.inc.php is incorrect.

If you find any difficulty in doing the installation, please provide your cpanel && ftp info and we will do the installation for you.

Ok, I got the the config.inc.php corrected, but now I have the ioncube error message. I downloaded the ioncube file but I'm lost. Can you upload the correct ioncube file for me? How do I private message you my ftp info?

General question: Why is ioncube needed for this program?

Some files in the MLM script are encrypted and for the normal functioning of these files, you need to have an ioncube installed on your server.

Hello Bill,

We have fixed the issue. This is due to the www entered in the config file. In your server there is a setting to bypass the www. We have fixed it and now working. Please check it now.

Also please edit the confirm.inc.php file, since you have enabled the confirmation mail.
